My wife's laptop had a cracked screen for a very long time. We just kind of put off taking it in for a repair, and my experience upgrading and repairing had all been on desktops and I'd been told in the past that laptops were more difficult and that repairing them was discouraged- not sure why I let that stop me. Anyways, after performing a few RAM upgrades on different laptops, I realized maybe this wasn't so hard, pulled up the how-to on Youtube and said "Oh, actually, I CAN do this". I found this part on Amazon and said "Oh, actually, this is pretty cheap". Got it, installed, and now it works perfectly. Hooray.

Was skeptical about ordering as it doesn't have a lot of reviews. I was worried when it arrived in one box and not the extra box as indicated. The screen was in perfect condition. I installed with no problem thank to Getfit's how to video. It also comes with nice tools and a lifetime warrantee. I am impressed.

My daughter dropped her laptop and broke her screen. This replacement screen saved me having to send it away or replace the whole computer. They also sent some good quality tools to help. No instructions on the installation, but there are lots of YouTube videos to walk you through it no matter what laptop you own.Make sure that you know your screen type before ordering - I had no idea that hers had a UHD screen until I checked in my laptop system (I could hook it up to a TV with HDMI to read the settings because the laptop screen was unreadable). There may be several different screens that might be installed in your laptop model.
