I ordered this and it's not compatible with my 5g internet but it still operates very well without it I just don't have wireless and the options it comes with. My 6 cats are using it and it's saving me so much work. I would recommend this to anyone it's worth the money .

This is the best darn thing we have bought for our cats, like, ever! I can clean the pan from the comfort of my couch, y'all! Our boy has gone from going outside the litter box to perfect litter behavior in 3 days. Both cats are loving it. The baby watches it dispose of her older sibling's poop. LMAO The sanitize function is worth the cost all on its own.

This is a great litter box. Very convenient bc I work long hours, so my cats always have a fresh litter box. The WiFi connection was super easy, didn’t have any issues. I opted for the scheduled cleaning instead of the automatic cleaning mode where it cleans it each time the cats enter and leave. Maybe once they get used to the noise and movement I’ll switch it back.

I received this "self-cleaning litter box" February 3rd, I'm sooooo tempted to send it back! I bought this expensive piece of junk so I wouldn't have to reach hands in there to scoop poop! But of course, that's exactly what I have to do! This thing is supposed to do that for me, instead it leaves the turds in there to roll around every time it "self cleans"! & On top of that, it doesn't get the weights of the cats correct at all! It tries telling me that my 40lb cat only weighs 11! Lmao then I found this (pic added): just a few minutes ago when I was trying to find out where the smell was coming from! It didn't help that the entire barrel was now covered in this!! NOT A FUN CLEAN UP for someone disabled!

When i unpacked and examined the litter box the bracket that holds the waste bag snapped off. Thought I would contact the seller to request a replacement part but there is no seller info anywhere. Contacted Amazon and they tried to contact seller and got no response. They issued a return label. The box worked well so I thought I would order another. The same seller listed one as a "new 2025" model. It was a little more expensive but I thought they made improvements on the plastic clamp that broke in the one I was to return. I just got the other one I ordered and it is identical to the older, cheaper one. Just beware. Box works OK, I like the convenience of not having to constantly clean a litter box, but if something goes wrong there is no way to contact the seller and no manufacturer warranty.
