I had this paddle board for a little under 2 years and began to notice seem leaks on both front right and left sides. I contacted the company regarding the issue. They responded in a very timely manner and kept me updated through the process of what could be done about my product. After only a few weeks, the company sent me a brand new paddle board along with all of the equipment free of charge. I am very pleased and will continue to purchase equipment from this company in the future.

This was bought as a gift for Father's Day and my husband has really enjoyed using it. However, we had an issue where the SUP itself had a hole develop after having been left out in the sun. We weren't sure if that was abnormal or not so we contacted the company and asked if they could help us. There was a series of emails that were exchanged along with a video of the hole and the board itself. The company ended up providing us with a replacement SUP and we couldn't be happier! Couldn't recommend this product enough!
