All around nice pouch to hold lightweight items like pencils and markers, speed squares, writing pads, etc. I did use it to hold my 25 foot tape measure, but it doesn't carry that weight very well. Best for flat, lightweight items. I used it in a construction environment, not in it's intended area of use, like restaurants, so my review might not be entirely accurate based on it's intended use.

Size is accurate and very well made. The belt can be adjusted easily and I'm able to put everything in this pouch. Whole heartedly recommend it.
