Keeps motor cool. But if you want to be noticed amongst your fellow racer. This is the fan to have. It sounds like a jet engine is about to take off. I've been using it for about 3 months now. Not so sure I would buy it again. It's to loud but does its job.

I was handling the fan for installation and the red wire disconnected. I didn't pull on the wire... I ended up damaging the unit trying to pop the fan blades off to reconnect the wire by soldering it. I don't recommend you buy this unit, or at least don't try to reconnect a disconnected wire. Expensive mistake...

In comparison to other fans run around 5v this one will straight blow ya balls off. Whatever you point this thing at it will definitely cool it down. I will buy another one soon.

These fans work great! I have three now. Run two in my slash and one in my Rustler. A lot of power and really helps keep it cool. Note: they are loud

I really like these fans. The plug from the motor has to be tucked between te metal slit carefully, what I did so it'll last longer was Hot Glued it into place. Would I recommend this product yes.

So far the fan is amazing a bit loud but I didn’t realize how fast 28,000 RPMs really is. Much stronger than I anticipated.
