As a heads up, this is just an Alto Busker in a terrible silver color scheme. Unless this becomes significantly less expensive than the Busker, just buy the Alto.

I got this a few months ago, and it has worked out great. The form-factor is similar to the Bose S1, but slightly smaller. That means you can set it upright, on its side, tilted back upright, or tilted back on its side. You can also mount it on a speaker stand. You can turn off the voice prompts by holding down a button. I did that first thing and left it that way. With the phone app, you have very precise control of the master EQ. The maximum volume seems to be about the same as the Bose S1, but with less low-end. The main downside to the unit is that the volume and FX level knobs are digital, which means you cannot tell from looking at them what the level is set at. There is one LED meter for all the levels. For me, the low price makes it worth the hassle.
