I use this to add a lower gear for my 10-speed 105 setup. The whole drivetrain has really nice and crisp shifting.

Originally went with 11-42 Deore, a Goat Link, and 10 speed Ultegra shifters--it was clunky beyond belief, could not tune this combo at all. Switched to this 11-36 cassette, and immediately everything corrected itself and started working perfectly. Great cassette for tackling big hills on a road bike.

This was very easy for me to install. You'll need a cassette tool and a chain whip, and if you're changing from a smaller size, you'll need a new chain. But you probably knew all of that. This arrived in genuine Shimano packaging, and does its job. I installed it with a Tiagra 4700 rear and it fits with the B-screw all the way in. I sized my chain for big-big on a 50-34 crank. In the smallest 2-3 rear gears the chain will rub itself when on the small front chain ring, but you shouldn't be in those gears anyways!

I just switched rear cogs on my mtb and bought this 10 sp set. It seems durable, but its a bit on the heavy side. That is my only complain. Because it is all steel, it is easy to care for and can shine when clean
