The engineering of using a weight saving, anti-bowing spider, using a steel/alumimum sandwich to maximize heatdissipation, and all things considered at a reasonable cost makes this rotor a total no brainer for the bestperformance possible. Ok if you are on a hybrid that gets light use this may be overkill but remember the peace of mind you get that this is the least likely thing on your bike that can fail and how important braking is. I have many bowed rotors to confirm that this rotor is the solution.
