I guess this was designed for any size shop-vac. I have a 12 gallon vac. The paper filter is at least three inches too tall. I assume that won’t matter. Unfortunately, the rubber band provided was dry-rotted and broke before it was ever large enough to go around the filter. Now I have to go find large rubber bands before I can use my shop-vac. Must have been sitting somewhere for years.
