Heads up for all those patients who are going to be using a knee scooter for a while. This boot is fantastic. You will want to avoid the boots that have a pump up option in the front (looks like a red ball), as they will continue to inflate (involuntarily) while you are scootering around and will squeeze your calf way too tight. This boot is simple and gets the job done. I needed to wear it in bed too and it was comfortable and not too bulky. I was even able to fit several pair of pants over the boot. Really pleased with this purchase. I definitely recommend. PS - I am a post op Achilles tendon repair for our reference.

I broke my ankle and baby toe and my ins. was going to take 2 weeks to "approve" my request for a boot. Rather than wait I decided I'd get this as it wasn't too much. I'm very happy with the product, one dislike is that it makes a lot of noise from the Velcro. Other than that it's great. 👍

I like that it is shorter and more flexible than the one provided by my doctor. However, I ordered the size indicated on the item description, but it is a little long. It's also not as wide as I need. The straps are confusing to set up. It takes some thought to figure them out. The straps are fed through a narrow area with a bar that you loop the strap around to hold it in place.It can be difficult to get the straps to go through the narrow space. There are no instructions to help with setting up the straps. in addition, the velcro on the boot makes a tremendous amount of noise when you're walking. It is very noticeable when walking in a quiet environment such as a school or office building. Some hints: I used one of the extra small pads provided to cushion my heel (I eventually used a shoe insert), the other pad, I used at the top front of the boot to cushion my shin from the Knee Rover. Overall, I would not buy them again.
