There’s not one thing that isn’t quality on this knife. It is extremely sharp, food doesn’t stick to the blade and I like the balance. No sense in getting something half as good if you’re going to use it all the time ( and I do).

I finally have really nice knife in my kitchen, it is a perfect size, very very sharp (I just cut myself just be careful) and also light. I absolutely love it.

I am really liking the Shun Sora knives. This is my 4th and I am actually surprised at how solid the blade is. I have the 8" Chef's and it's blade is solid but I also have the paring and 6" utility and the blades on those feel very delicate: they aren't though but the feel like it. I was expecting this one to feel delicate but it was a very nice surprise that it feels very sturdy. As with all the others the edge is RAZOR sharp!!! I just don't think there is a better deal at this price point. I am sure there are higher quality knives out there but you will pay a lot more for them.
