The hubcap does not secure to the wheel rim so I contacted the company’s support department and they offered some general advice for installing but nothing more than basic common knowledge. After further failed efforts to install the cap I contacted the company a second and third time but have not received a response to either my call or email. After repeated attempts to install it now appears that the ring band inside the hubcap that secures the hubcap to the wheel rim does not remain in place which could be contributing to preventing the cap from securing. Ignoring me? I guess that’s one way to handle a dissatisfied customer.

Even after professional install by tire expert, it came off in less of than a year…and this is on a motorhome that is only used occasionally!
