really great screens. I had to call customer service at Ritescreen about installation problems. Seems the measurements were just too big. I followed the video (my windows have channels) and the video is not entirely correct about how to measure. They got me straight and were helpful in getting me new screens within a week at no cost bc the video was misleading. Honestly, they are the best company I've talked to in a long time. They answer the phone quickly, they call you back if needed, they are friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel like an idiot (which I certainly felt like - ha!). I highly recommend them. Just make sure you measure correctly! Maybe call them to ensure you are measuring correctly before you order.

We have a very very old house so the windows are odd-sized as are the window frames. The sizing worked, but the screen arrived bent. I thought I'd try to make it work, and I did, but had to do a little DIY. I'm actually going to order 2 more and hopefully they will arrive in perfect condition.

I placed an order for one of these window screens only to confirm I know very little about the different types and models of window screens available. The size I ordered was correct, but the tension springs were on the top and not on the side. I contacted Rite Screen and one of their representatives responded immediately. The rep was awesome at determining which screen I needed and shipped the correct screen. It fits perfectly! I will not hesitate to contact them for any additional window screens I may need.

I measured multiple times to make sure I had the right size, but the screen was shorter then the window and there is a gap that bugs can crawl through. Make sure you add 3/8 to the height, or you will be dealing with bugs. Overall the screen is really nice, but I have to buy a new one, since it is short. A 65.00 costly mistake.
