Just got to installing our bathroom tub. Our faucet is missing a D ring. This means it is garbage. I bought it too long ago in order to return. Very disappointed!

This product is a complete waste of money. It leaks and the mixing valve doesn’t seal so there is no hot water. We had the plumber install in our new house and have had nothing but problems with it. Definitely do not buy.

Looked all over for the best deal and this product by far surpassed my expectations. Easy to install. Super elegant look and water flow is gorgeous. Easy hot/cold temp function. Build quality doesn't even compare to the hundreds of dollar options at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Buy it!

This waterfall bathtub faucet is specifically designed for a wall mounted tub, not a standalone soaker tub. The drain plug is not included, just handle and spout. It’s such a distinctly different pop out feature to have water flowing into the tub like a waterfall fountain. Not your everyday faucet. This touch of luxury will make a primary en suite feel like a hotel spa & definitely increase the home’s value at the same time. I am sure you can install it yourself if you have plumbing tools snd skills, but I hired help. Very pleased with how everything turned. Works well. Looks great.

I had an issue after installation, the customer service team responded in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. I will certainly consider this company for future.

This valve was great for the first maybe 5 uses. We tested it before we tiled the wall. Then not long and it was leaking from the valve into the basement room beneath it and water would not flow properly, even though it was clearly installed properly since it worked initially. Now we are going to have to tear down the tile to repair. Would not recommend.
