We only use Baltic birch tops, the smoothest, flattest plywood available. Some cornhole boards use a vinyl wrap. With a wrap, when it gets cold, the bag slides off. And when it is hot and humid, the surface is sticky. For our boards, we apply a proprietary, heat-pressed vinyl laminate directly on top and then print the design using a UV printer, providing a smooth playing surface that will not fade or tear!
Easier Transportation and Storage
Our boards have built-in handles, and we offer carrying cases for protection. We also make a smaller-size board (tailgate) for those who typically play cornhole on the go.

I bought this set of boards back in 2020 when I was just getting into playing cornhole. They arrived quickly and undamaged.The boards are still holding up great after over 4 years of use and several hundreds games. I've had no issues with the wood construction. The only problem I've encountered is that the veneer top/sticker started to peel up at one of the front corners from dinging it on the ground once or twice. Thankfully it did not continue peeling, so it's really a non-issue. The rest of the veneer top is still in good condition.One thing I do wonder just about every time I carry them is why Slick Woody's couldn't put handles on both sides of the boards. Both boards have the handles only on the left side of the board, so they aren't balanced when you carry them. Sounds like a small gripe, but at 35lbs and 2'x4' each, it makes carrying them a bit cumbersome.The carrying case was ok, but eventually the zipper broke. A beefier zipper and padded shoulder strap would've been nice, but it was a freebie, so no loss.I would recommend this set to anyone just getting into the game. For the price, you can't beat it.

Very good set. Very solidly built. You won’t have to buy another set anytime soon. Plays nicely.The bags are tough fabric and the boards are solid wood with perfect smoothness. The graphics are very nice and there are tons of choices.The drawbacks are understandable.It’s heavy and somewhat awkward to carry. Solid wood is like that and I purposely wanted solid wood. If it was light, it would bounce around. I’ve played cheaper sets and that can get annoying. Just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a travel/tailgating set.Second drawback is price. Lotta money for a backyard game. But the price is consistent with other high quality sets so it’s fair.The one other thing I would mention... It would be nice if these had leveling feet. I have a hard time finding a perfectly level spot in my yard, especially having them regulation distance apart. I’m sure this doesn’t apply to how most people use it but it would be a nice option. May consider installing some myself.I would definitely buy from them again and will likely get additional bags from them.

My wife and I have taken up Cornhole to help cope with the pandemic. After buying a cheap, bouncy board, we decided to invest in a nice set. I was pretty much sold on these when I learned the frame is made from poplar--a very strong and fairly lightweight wood. As a woodworker, I am very familiar with poplar. The boards are super nice, but I'm not sure about the bags. During our first few games, the bags would tend to slowly slide downward several inches after hitting the board. It seems better now, but maybe it's because we are increasing our arcs. I need to research & buy better bags. Otherwise, very pleased with purchase.

I love cornhole, so I was looking for a high quality cornhole set because it will get a lot of use. This set is beautiful and very well made. It's really sturdy and feels solid. Just keep in mind that when the boards are together in the box, it's very heavy! Looking forward to using this set in warm weather. Oh and it comes with black and gray bean bags. Love it!

This is a well constructed, sturdy and eye appealing corn hole set. The surface is not too slick and it plays beautifully. The bean bags that it comes with are basic but durable. I ended up buying a set of double sided bags. It also came with a storage bag which was a bonus. I am very pleased with the purchase and would buy it again.

Hats off to the design and engineering folks at Slick Woodys, the quality of materials and the design, engineering, assembly are second to none. I looked at many boards before I settled on Slick for my purchase. Several of my buddies who enjoy the game commented on how well these are made and how they react to heat & moisture in our Florida climate. Cabinet grade birch plywood and poplar frames with bracing in the right places will make these boards last a very long time. (Bags are great too)Great job and AMERICAN made. Worth every penny spent

I bought these boards as a bday present for my hubby. He loves them!!!! The heavy, sturdy and we'll made. The surface is slick and the bags slide well (as long as I hit the board, I'm new to this game and need more practice).I have read the reviews that the surface has peers off. We have not had that problem. If that should occur i will update.The only thing that would make this set better would be if it came with a scoreboard. That would be my only complaint.

Amazing, top quality game! Everyone thrilled with the outstanding workmanship. Great for family parties, we have our own tournaments. This game will last for years and years. Great corn bags also.
