Bought this as a gift. The instructions are a bit wonky, but the recipent was able to follow them. However, a piece was missing, making it unusable.Also, the packaging was shoddy and the box it came in was flimsy and partly crumpled. The loom parts were apparently undamaged, but it was still missing a piece. The recipient was unable to find a phone number or contact for the manufacturer and had to throw it away.
