I really like this SmallRig RC 60C RGB LED Video Light. It is a highly portable, hand held light - excellent option for creating mobile content. It can be controlled on the light via the 1.3in color screen or through the SmallGoGo App. It has 12 light effects and offers high illumination Bicolor lighting. Battery life is strong for a portable video light. Also includes a storage case to keep it protected and all together. This Video Light has SmallRig's excellent build quality. Excellent choice for a versatile, portable handheld bright RGB Video light.

Love the size. Love the form factor. Too bad it doesn't come with a Bowens mount, but I bought the adapter. Love these. Buying more.

As a photographer and videographer who frequently finds myself crammed into tight, dimly lit corners for interviews and on-location shoots, I’ve tried more lights than I care to admit. Most are either too bulky, too dim, or too needy when it comes to power. Enter the SmallRig RC 60C—my new go-to sidekick for accent lighting and rim light duties.First off, let’s talk size: this thing is adorably compact. At just 120 x 95 x 80mm and around 700g, it’s basically the chihuahua of professional lights—small, spunky, and surprisingly powerful. I can toss it in my travel kit without rearranging half my gear or stressing about weight. It’s smaller than most coffee mugs I own, but it glows like the sun (on demand, of course).Color performance? Outstanding. With its wide color temp range from 2500K to 10000K, I can dial in warm or cool tones on the fly. The CRI is high enough to make skin tones look natural, which is crucial for interviews. Plus, with RGBCW, I can throw in a little creative color for accent shots without dragging out gels or filters. (Though, fun fact—it does support digital Rosco and LEE filters if you’re feeling fancy.)The built-in battery is clutch. I get about 45 minutes on full juice, and with PD fast charging (with a 65W+ charger), I’m back in business in two hours. For longer shoots, I use a power bank via the included clamp—zero downtime.Oh, and it has 12 built-in effects, which I occasionally use to show off or simulate weird lighting scenarios (“Sorry, we’re gonna need another take. My ‘lightning storm’ setting went off again”).The app control is a nice bonus. Adjusting intensity, hue, or color temp from my phone is a dream, especially when the light’s positioned just out of reach. And the LED screen keeps things clear when I want to do things the old-fashioned way (aka turning knobs like a caveman).Only catch: it doesn’t use Bowens mounts—but the SmallRig mini mount ecosystem is solid, and it comes with enough accessories to get started right out of the bag.In short: If you shoot on the move and need a bright, versatile, easy-to-use light that fits in your hand (and your kit), this thing delivers. Highly recommend for anyone doing interviews, B-roll, or content creation on the go.

Working fine for my light duty, it's for highlights in video talking head stuff. Only complaint is very very slow charging. Oh and the fan is quiet but not silent.

It's well made and it covers the full RGB spectrum nicely as well as having tuneable white balance options making it extremely versatile. Effects modes aren't something I'd use it for much, but they are nice to have in a pinch. Easy to access everything right on the side panel. For short scenes and portability, the battery is sufficient. Overall it's a great small light. 60w isn't much when you slap modifiers on it, but it is still usefull in several situations.

I tend to do a lot of photography with lighting. I have a Sony a9iii and it can work flawlessly with just about any LCD light and can sync at insane flash speeds. Because I need to justify owning such an expensive camera, I shoot with all sorts of lighting effects (I'm only half kidding). Seriously though, SmallRig makes very high quality gear for an affordable price. This light kit is no exception to that. It's got basically everything you need for shooting with a great video light. I love that it comes with a nice, high quality case as well. I can't stand having photo gear that needs to be loose in my house. It inevitably will get ruined or lost.
