So far it's holding up (functioning normally) which is the problem I'd had with past similar units (premature failure)... I have it plugged into an APS (power supply with limited battery back-up) because my home power goes out more often than it should and I felt that fact mostly/mainly caused my prior units to fail & thus far my experiences have reinforced that hypothesis... Sometimes this unit will stop making ice when there still is water in the reservoir but restarting the unit solves this problem...

I loved the ice maker until it stared making tiny iceI consistently cleaned every weekBut, last month it stared making very small iceI tried switching to large and no differenceA month later and it acts like it’s making ice and NOTHING!!No ice cubes!I’ve cleaned itAndAlways keep it clean every weekRight now it’s a piece of crap!!

The Ice Maker Countertop is a convenient and efficient solution for producing ice quickly. It can make 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes in just 6 minutes and up to 26 pounds of ice per day. The compact and portable design makes it perfect for home kitchens, offices, and parties. The machine is user-friendly, with a simple control panel and a self-cleaning function. However, the ice cubes are relatively small, which might not be ideal for all uses, even though those are the types of ice cubes that I prefer.

My old ice maker gave out so I ordered this one. Does the same as my old one but is priced way less. First impression: plastic tray inside seems flimsy. However, hooked it up and started using it. Easy. It has held up great to the abuse it receives everyday. I’ve been using it a couple of months now. Four adults and one kid getting ice all day long. It does make the ice quick. Sometimes some family members forget to add water so I appreciate how quick I can get ice. I’ve had no problems with it leaking or clogging. I’ve used spring water, purified water, and tap well water. Whatever’s on hand. I also haven’t noticed it being noisy.

We were in need of an ice maker because our refrigerator ice box was failing again even after repairs, so we finally caved and pick up a counter top Ice Maker and we could not be happier!!CKGO's Ice Maker is compact and portable and super easy to use. All you need to do is plugin the power, add water to the fill line, set the desiered ice size, and voila, ice in less then 8 minutes!! We just let it produce ice continuously until the bucket is full and store what we don't use immediately.This is perfect as my family loves to use ice with our beverages! It's also convenient to have as we can taking it outside when we are having a barbecue or perfect for tailgating as it's doesn't take up much space.I was also surprised that its not all that noisy, obviously audible, but nothing obnoxious. This is our first experience with a portable mini ice maker and we could not be happier!! Certain worth it's weight In gold (especially if you love ice) we use it daily!!
