These folders work great for our office needs! Having pre-tabbed folders save so much time when putting our files together. Both the tabs and the folders seem to be very sturdy.

I buy these to prevent my own office folders from scratching my desk, conference table or (even worse) a client's fine furniture if I am making a house visit. As a trust and estate attorney, I frequently furnish clients with their own folders too so they can keep letters and documents in an orderly manner for easy reference (instead of in the envelopes I send them which would require them to repeatedly search through many envelopes to find a specific document or letter). So, I don't want them to be putting scratches into their own furniture either. TIP: just to make sure the fastener base never scratches anything, I place a strip of Scotch clear shipping tape over each base. Another option: buy the "safe" folders by Smead, although they are quite a bit more expensive. Their bases are glued to the inside of the folder, so it is impossible to scratch furniture, but I don't know how much volume they can handle without pulling out.

These are great folders. They are heavy enough to hold papers without collapsing within the filing cabinet, and the clips help organize the contents. I am happy to be using these folders, because while organizing is never an easy project, these make it easier and more effective.

I had initially tried to purchase similar folders from my local office supply store. I thought the price was a little high, so I checked Amazon and found out my instincts were correct. These folders were almost half the price of a similar product at the local store. I've been using them for a couple of months and the quality seams good and they do their job.
