The hook is not well designed to support the head of the violin. The space is too big and the materials are too thick. But it's nicely made. Nice product but not the right design.

These simple yet attractive and functional violin & bow supports add a classy look to my home music studio. One unit had a small scratch defect but it was promptly replaced when I made the request. Since I only needed 3 units and they came in pairs, I’ll have one to gift to my instructor. I like the looks and ease of setting them up. Very sturdy.
