Package came in really good condition but the only thing that was wrong is when you put the ice you don't hurry up and eat it I starts to get soggy the cone and it's paper

Got this for my daughter on Christmas because she was also getting a snow cone maker and it was great! But one thing I noticed is that they gave the straws and the cups but no testers came. Oh well at least she enjoyed it!
