I got this as a gift for a neighbor, and she loves it. The hat is soft. It came in a timely manner. She likes that it can be adjusted. I likes the price for a custom gift!

I ordered a custom hat for Father’s Day. My hat arrived exactly as expected, on time and identical to the mock up. My only complaint is I mistook the purple thread as navy when I ordered on my phone and wasn’t reading the color descriptions. This was my mistake, but I could see others easily doing this too.

Granddaughter loves her hat, purchased for her to wear while playing softball. Material is amazing, logo was done to perfection, fits perfect and she looks adorable.

I really love this cap. Made of excellent material. The letter stitching is perfect. Very comfortable. I would encourage personalizing this cap for your events or just individually

I like the feel and make of this hat. I bought it for my son with the names of his three children written on it. It came out beautifully, with quality embroidery letters.Also, it was shipped early which was good because I ordered it a bit late for Father's day, but it got here on time, anyway. I looked for a long time before I found a hat that would hold enough letters to complete my grandchildren's names! Lol
