I've bought about 20 of these. I use mode 2. The bright mode will light up a 10 foot area. Great for keeping the critters at bay. We live in the country and it's dark. These are one of the better solar lights.

PROs: Durable weather resistant - Purchased two lights July 2023 and they are still working 18 months later in all types of weather conditions. Lights have recharged even during cloudy days or with ice or snow built up on the solar panels. They continue to work in temps as low as 20 degrees here in Ohio. Great Value for the money, and easy to install. Very bright light to illuminate walk ways or pathways with motion sensors.CONs: Plastic stakes are easy to break if installing in hard packed soil.

I gave a review when I first received these lights and gave it 4 stars. Now that I have had them for a month I am revising my review and giving them only 2 stars. Worked great while it still worked. I have two and one is still working good but the other one barely has any brightness anymore even after a full charge. I knew they would not last forever, but I thought it would last more than a month. I do not recommend this product anymore. Second Update 10/27/24: Well the second one died last night. I am so disappointed in this product and it's a shame because while they worked they were great. I highly recommend for people look elsewhere or to wait at least two months before leaving a review. Also I do have two other brands, all bought around the same time and they are still working great. 1 star for this brand.

I was worried that these solar lights wouldn't be bright enough, the solar panel might not charge the battery enough or that maybe the motion sensor wouldn't work. None of those things turned out to be a real concern at all! These lights are super bright! They charge fine (they're in a location that gets sun much of the day) and work all night. The only comment I'd make that isn't positive is that the light doesn't stay on very long unless it senses motion. So, if my dog wanders to far away from the sensor it cuts off and we're in pitch black night. I have to bend forward wave my hand in front of it to turn it back on again (I'm in a wheelchair that doesn't have the access /ability to roll in front of the sensor so I'm basically sitting behind it). Other than that, these lights are amazing for the price. I hope they hold up!

Will be buying more.. these require very little light for motion to work. I like that the lights are movable for different directions.. very bright and I use at the stairs in the front of the house and in the yard for when the dog goes out. Great product

So far it’s working well. All the light panels are adjustable and so it the solar panel and the motion sensor. It seems well made except the pole is all plastic. So you have to be careful putting into the ground.Good value , charges well, decent battery life .

Received these a few days ago. They were super easy to install. We placed them in the flowerbeds at 11:00 am and they were working that night. They are bright enough. The reason 4 stars vs 5. We use them as a motion light. The motion only last 10 seconds. I wish they would stay on longer.

These were great last February when I installed them. Super bright and the motion detection worked perfectly. At 11 months, they started getting dimmer and dimmer when on and now they are almost completely dead. I think the Solar panels stop working, unfortunately. Maybe I got a bad lot? Anyhow, just be aware they may not last long.
