Completely worth the price. The 100 foot speaker wire is a god send along with the banana plugs. The speakers sound and are pretty strong with a low impedance.

Some like them and some don’t but I doubt you can find a better speaker for the price.

My home theater set up did not require a flat-sideways center channel speaker. I anguished about which center channel speaker to buy until I came across these speakers and found I could wire them in sequence to my amp. This enabled them to each represent the center channel in my 5.1 set up. The 3-way speakers are well suited to provide clear vocals in music as well as voices during movies. Try to find a 3-way bookshelf speaker for this price range. It's impossible. They are well worth the price and gave me a far superior center channel option for much less than I would have spent.

I seen many videos on these speakers and thought, "C'mon they can't sound that good for the cost". So I said what the heck, I purchased them and put them up against, Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-600M II, $600 speakers. The Klipsch 600M II obviously were better but not the $452 price difference. Bass was very good for these little guys, mids were decent, highs were receptable. But it's the cost that make these speakers Shine. I don't think there is any speakers under $200 that can beat these. Video reviews on the whole are Accurate. Highly Recommend!!UPDATE: Wow! I paid $137 & they gave me 100ft of speaker wire! These are great speakers, but if I had to do it again for $199, I would look a little more. Still highly recommend!

These sound pretty good for the money, I personally prefer the Andrew Jones Designed Pioneer SB 22 LR speakers over these Sony's. But both are very good. The Sony's are brighter, and a tad more revealing on the top end, but lack some of the smooth midrange of the Pioneers. The bass on the Pioneers is a little more substantial. Both speakers really need to be mounted on solid weight filled speaker stands and pulled away from the wall to sound their best. Frankly my heavy Target lead and sand filled speaker stands cost several times more than the speakers themselves. I also use fairly expensive electronics in all my systems including Arcam, Mystere (Prima Luna) Cary Audio, Rogue and Conrad Johnson. The Sony's scale well but would work fine with most modestly powered amplifiers as well. They do not work very well with cheap bright sounding receivers and integrated amps. I have an inexpensive Onkyo receiver I use in the Garage and these sound terrible, very bright and fatiguing when used with the Onkyo.

Excelente sonido. Por encima de otras bocinas de mayor prestigio y de mayor precio.
