Works great on 1997 Ford with 7.3l diesel. Easy install. Only complaint was grommet supplied to hold filter gauge in place on aluminum pipe, was a loose fit, due to the thin wall. Concerned that dust could get past the grommet and sucked into engine, secured a small zip tie around the grommet between the pipe and grommet flange. Snugged it up and took all the “play” out. Problem solved and unit functions well.

1st off, what the hell is "warmth" being used as a review question on this particular item? Makes no sense. Besides that weird anomaly, this product was easy to install for the most part. Pictured is the old factory air cleaner box. There is a sensor that mounts in the hole in pointing at. You just twist it a quarter turn & pull out to remove. But, the instructions tell you to install a supplied rubber gromet in the hole of the new item and press the sensor through. There was no way in hell the sensor would fit in the grommet. If you look closely to the sensor you will see the part that clicks into place on the factory air box is threaded on. Gently take a pair of channel locks and unthread the mount from the sensor. DO NOT put the supplied grommet in the spot where you're supposed to put the sensor on the new intake. Just insert the sensor that you unthreaded through the hole and thread on the collar you just removed. Carefully make sure the sensor is in securely.Other than this one issue it was easy to install.
