I recently set up the Houseables Boxing Speed Bag Platform Kit in my home gym, and I’m really impressed with it. The installation was straightforward, though it did require a bit of patience, especially since it’s important to mount it into studs or concrete for stability. The height adjustability is a great feature, making it suitable for anyone, no matter their size.The platform itself feels sturdy, and the bag is durable, with a nice swivel mechanism that allows for smooth rebounds. I did add a bit of white lithium grease to the swivel to make it quieter, and it worked perfectly. It’s definitely an engaging workout that gets my heart pumping every time I use it! This kit is a solid choice for home use, especially if you’re a beginner or just want something to help boost your training. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their boxing skills or get in some great cardio!

does the trick! decent quality and clear instructions. Did include some hardware that seem to apply to item, but I wouldn't discount item for that. Would recommend!

This speed bag platform is manufactured sufficiently well for light/home use. You're never going to see one of these installed at a serious boxing gym, it will never hear Rocky's glorious accent. What it can do is give you something to work with at home or help a new/aspiring boxer (the younger variety) get their feet wet... er... hands.The bag is sufficiently springy when hit. The swivel moves ok. I added a little white lithium grease quiet and smooth it out a little. Don't use too much or it'll drip on the bag.Installation is straightforward, but you have to know what you're doing. This isn't hanging a picture. You're going to attempt to beat the snot out of this thing on a somewhat regular basis. You absolutely must hit two studs or install into concrete. I suppose if you have a 3/4 plywood wall that would work, too.It doesn't have to be 100% level, but you'll want to get it dialed in as best as possible. Use a level. Find the studs or hire someone who can. A handyman can install this thing in less time than their minimum charge will cover.It's made a little like the folding tables they have at my kid's school. A particleboard sheet with a laminate top and rubber edging. Sturdy enough, but don't punch the board!The wood is easily replaced if you need it smaller or a different shape. What you're really paying for here is all the custom bracketry and hardware. The wood and bag are easily changed. The bag is actually a consumable, you'll need another one eventually.

Installation was manageable despite the weight. The height adjustment is a great feature for users of all sizes. The bag seems durable, and the entire setup feels sturdy once mounted. Adding weight can further stabilize it. This is a solid starter kit that should exceed expectations for most. It’s definitely engaging enough to spark a young boxer’s interest. Whether it fosters a champion remains to be seen.

The assembly and installation were super easy and straightforward, so the platform itself is good. The bag itself arrived with a hole in it and it does not hold air at all.

This is a sturdy speed bag that is great for exercise and training. I use this inbetween sets when working out and it really gets the heart pumping! The installation is straight forward and pretty easy- you may need two people which will make it easier when hanging.

This is perfect for at home speed bag, its got some decent bounce back and nice material, when installing you want to make sure you find at least 2 studs because if you hit this a lot or you like to power hit it now and then you need some serious support. Inflation was decent and simple, you can adjust accordingly to your height.For the price you cant beat it, its average made speed bag and will definitely get the job done! I would recommend for any household for some good practice!
