My husband is a diesel mechanic and I love helping him expand his tool collection. He currently works in a dealership and since this mentioned it, I decided it couldn't hurt to get this for him. The tool itself is very simple but it did take a bit of thinking for my husband to figure out how to use it exactly. He's a seasoned mechanic which was a bit concerning that he couldn't figure it out immediately. An insert or instructions would have been a nice addition to avoid this problem. I'm sure a beginner would definitely need it. The tool itself is good quality though.
