I don't use this sprocket for a dirt bike. I like the pattern of it and fill the open spaces with resin. They make great suncatchers to hang in a window or put in a small stand & put a small light behind it. It's fun to take different thing you might not expect and turn them into something pretty.

Compared to other 54T Surron Sprockets, this one is thicker and more stylish. I was impressed with the thickness since many aftermarket Surron sprockets are made as thin as possible to cut costs. This one is about as thick as the stock sprocket which is plenty sufficient and you shouldn't have any problems with durability. Another thing that sets this sprocket apart from the others is the exposed polished finish on the interior edges of the sprocket. It adds a bit of flair to an otherwise mundane part of the bike and really makes the sprocket pop. Its a bit more interesting than an all black sprocket. The bolt pattern aligns perfectly with the stock surron rear hub which makes for a very easy install. Keep in mind that if you put this sprocket on your Surron, you will certainly need to use a longer chain. The stock sprocket is 48 tooth while this sprocket is 54 tooth. You need a longer chain to accommodate the larger sprocket. You can see in my photo, the stock sprocket placed on top of this sprocket for a size comparison. You will notice that this sprocket is considerably larger than stock so plan accordingly.Changing to a 54T sprocket will result in more torque and slightly lower top speed. I'm not going to give any numbers here since my Surron is not stock and any top speed numbers I provide would most likely not be accurate for you. Just keep in mind that you will gain some low-end torque and lose some top speed by switching to this sprocket.Overall this is a great 54T sprocket option for the Surron. It fits perfectly, looks nice, and is well-made. I would recommend this if you like to wheelie your surron or just want some more torque for climbing hills. This sprocket would be perfect if you do a lot of off-roading or just want to wheelie a lot.
