Awesome if you don’t have great ankle mobility for deeper squats. Really concentrates the focus on the quads and allows to get deeper in the squat. Excellent construction, I use mine outside and had them for a few months now, no issues

I really like these wedges. They are of very very good quality, sturdy, non slip, easy to store and carry around.I bought them to use for elevated weighted squats, and they are exactly what I needed.These wedges are versatile and more than suitable for using, with other exercises, for resistance or for lowering difficulty.They are definitely worth every penny and I shall be purchasing more for gifting.

I, like so many others, wanted a product that wouldn't collapse under my--if it failed. I liked the idea of the wooden blocks and wasn't too picky on the style of support to help stretch my calves. This does the job. I find myself stepping on it when I walk by them often. It is SO much easier than trying to strengthen them daily on the stairs. I took them on a trip with me. Light weight, versatile, and overall helpful. If you are suffering form plantar fasciitis, calf strain, weak ankles, etc. give these a try.

I was surprised when these arrived at how heavy the box was. These are solid wedges. I have them on my tile floor and they do not move around while in use,. I do not use them for weight lifting but specifically for stretching. The angle is good for stretching the calves to prevent or resolve plantar fasciitis if you don't have another type of step or curb handy. I thought they were falling apart at one point, but it turns out my dog was just chewing on the ends and that's why I was finding little bits of cork around...keep away from mouthy dogs.

These wedges are pretty solid and non-skid so they stay in place well. They are sturdy enough to hold at least 200 lbs. They are a good size: small enough to easily carry with you in a bag to the gym and big enough to fit large feet on comfortably. They are great for facilitating calf stretches and squats. I will say to be careful with them, though, because they are made of cork. My cat knocked them off my storage rack and they fell from a height of about 3 ft onto a weight machine frame which damaged the edge of one of the wedges (cut a small chunk out).
