I bought 5 chairs and two of them have the hole distances wrong, cannot be assembled, defective. Meaning the back support screw holes do not match with metal frame screw holes as distances. So 40 per cent defective. They won't return unless you pay shipping back which is very expensive to pay again and package. Recommend not to buy from same seller. Pictures here. Seller not helpful at all for defects.

Chairs are comfortable and easy to assemble. Did go to a four star as no screws were included when boxes arrived. Had to contact the company overseas to send missing parts and it took close to 20 days to arrive due to customs. Very helpful service with the mistake.

We haven't had the chairs for long (two months), but they seem like they will hold up and provide enough support for the amount of time they will be used (estimating two hours at a time per meeting). One of the frames/bases were bent and we also weren't provided enough screws to put all of the chairs together. We contacted the seller and they sent replacements right away and we received them within in a week or less. Definitely will purchase this product again and definitely will purchase from this seller again.

We originally bought a set to see how they would look in the office and liked them so much we bout 3 other sets bringing us to 24 chairs. They are easy to put together and very sturdy. The padding is very stiff but we hope it will loosen up over time and use. Great value for the money!

We bought them for our pocker table. They are very sturdy and comfortable with such a good price. They forgot to give us screws at first but after our email they sent them right away.
