I bought these to replace a plastic set which were flimsy. There is a good variety of styles in this collection and they seem sturdy. I've used them once. I would prefer more of a bent handle as I was using a chocolate melting pot instead of a double boiler and there isn't as much room to get under things in the little pot. I will probably try to reshape some of the handles to suit what I'm making. Otherwise, these are so much better than plastic.
