The exact size of the egg cups was not listed in the description so based on past experience I used the package size of roughly 5 x 5 inches. Unfortunately, the actual diameter of the entire egg cup is less than 3 inches! I was very disappointed and will be returning the cups. The quality is fine.

see picture. Unlike the porcelain ones, these Egg holders can hold most any size egg and any egg drips fall onto the lower rim. I like that it comes with four holders. Couldn't be more happy with them. Spoons are extremely cheap and worthless.

I just discovered that I love soft boiled eggs. We have a farm with chickens and have a lot of eggs. These cups are best for larger AA and Jumbo size eggs. ours are a variety of large medium and small so we have to use the largest to rest well, otherwise they wiggle a bit. Not a huge problem, but you have to hold the egg while you eat it. It's a very nice gift for a egg lover.

Cute and functional, but a little disappointing. I like the low profile format of these and stainless will go with lots of dish options. The spoons are GREAT. HOWEVER, after just over a month of normal use by just me, hand washing, one of the cups is all scratched and dinged along the top rim. Not sure if you can see it in the pictures, but it is there. Maybe it came like that and I didn't noticed until now - the other 3 still seem okay. I do like the spoons though.

These hard boiled egg holders are awesome! Sturdy, simple, easy to clean. Don't fall over like the old holders did. Also the old holder we had was cup-shaped with a base, welded together, came apart when cleaning off the hardened yolk. These plate style versions should last forever! Thanks for a quality product!

We use these egg holder for soft boiled egg! Stainless steel is perfect, fits with all table settings, dishwasher safe and looks great! Highly recommended!
