This mounts the second generation Starlink on a 1-inch rail. E.g. the stern rail of my boat. It rotates to different angles, but because of the way the adjuster is cut, it will NOT mount straight up and down (or perfectly horizontally). It always leans over at an angle.I suppose it should be obvious, but because of the long lever arm, this mount is not suitable for mounting the Dishy while in motion. I foolishly left it mounted before setting off in choppy water and the two short screws that secure the two parts together twisted right off. Fortunately the dish toppled INTO the boat.It might help to secure all the screws with thread-locker, assuming that it won't have to move.

Probably not an issue as a fishing rod holder, but for Starlink it wants to clamp up vertical. Unfortunately due to the machining of the cams it can only be at an angle when clamped to a horizontal or vertical tube. Bit frustrating for the money it cost. Otherwise it's ok, fits the dishy locking tab ok.

Quality product, well designed. Recessed head bolts provided are not quite long enough to fit 1.25 inch rail so I purchased longer M6 bolts to suit.

Aside from the obvious, this knuckle bracket will not corrode and I must presume the supplied bolts are also corrosion resistant. Most notable is that the teeth are fine enough to get appropriate vertical angle to look good, and strong enough to hold at road speeds.

As others have said, if you clamp this to a rail that is level, your mount will not be perpendicular (90 degrees) to the clamp, but at a slight angle away from vertical. It works OK but looks terrible. Unfortunately it seems like most of the other "brands" here are the same product as this with the same issue.

I recently purchased the Migkin Stainless Steel Rail Mount for my Starlink Dish, and I was thoroughly impressed with its quality. The mount is made of a beautifully polished metal material, and its solid construction makes it durable. Additionally, it comes with all the screws and parts required to securely attach it to a 1" rail. This mount is perfect for a car or boat due to its high-quality construction, and it fits my Starlink antenna mount perfectly, making it both functional and reliable. While I did have one complaint about the package, as there was a missing screw, I am waiting for the replacement and do not believe it's fair to detract from the rating for a shipping mistake. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Pro: Nice product, stainless steel so it shouldn't rust, fits the mast on Starlink nicely, has an open bottom for easy cable routing.Con: The design of the teeth on the adjustment bracket were offset just so it wouldn't set at a straight up 90° from the roof rack.

Definitely decent quality, but what’s disappointing is that the alignment of the teeth for adjusting it, doesn’t allow it to mount perfectly parallel, or perpendicular to your ladder, or railing. I’m a little OCD about straight lines, so seeing it 2° off plumb irritates me. Other than that, it’s great.

As per the heading I received the dish bracket to fit to our live abourd boat and after trying to fit to a 30mm pipe I noticed that the alignment was not square so removed centre screw and adjusted one click either way but no good so adjusted 180degree still no better so removed dish mount pipe and turned it 180degree with same results , mounting bolts too short to mount on 30mm tube (1 - 1/4) so luckily I found longer to attach it.I know that being a bit off square won’t affect the satellite but it is mounted where everyone accessing the boat will see.

If you like well made stainless steel you'll like this. It's finish and heft shows it's a quality item. It is made for Gen 2 (rectangular) Starlink dishes. There is a square hole in the sleeve to match the one on the stem of the Starlink dish post. Two ideas to remember. The Starlink cable comes down and out of the middle of mount. The Starlink brand cable is not rated for outdoor use so you should run it though conduit or a flexible cover from the antenna base to the inside of your structure. This wonderful mount will need something between it and most, especially painted, surfaces. The finish of the mount is well milled but you'll leave a mark or bald place when you tighten this down. The only odd thing I noticed, as shown in the pictures, is that it will not allow you to point the post straight up. It's not way off but it's not straight up either. This seems like something that they would have fixed early on. Please note - this is one cosmetic. Starlink put big time smarts in the dish self alignment so it will not care at all if the post is not pointed straight up. A snow slide hit my Starlink house post last year and bent the pole from vertical to horizontal without changing my Internet access at all.$59.99 is pricey for a mount but this is quality hardware made just for your Gen 2 Starlink so I think it's work it. I really like it and it will be on my RV permanently.

I RV with the family; sometimes, we go to places without cell or connectivity to let others know we are alive. Or to be able to check on base camp. I have a flagpole mount, and it has its uses. It is also two large brackets and 2 to 4 sections of 4-foot poles. The flag pole system is bulky and about the same size stowed as a 10'x10' canopy.Behold the Stainless Steel Rail mount for Dishy.Once I stop at my site, I can easily climb the built-in ladder. I usually check the roof once parked to ensure everything is okay, just in general. So when needed, having Dishy handed to me by the wife is no big deal, and I can easily click Dishy into the rail mount affixed to the top of my Ladder. The height at the top of the ladder where the rail mount is attached is about the same as the two pole option for a flag mount. So, with just a solid piece of stainless that fits in my hand, I have the same mounting elevation and sky view as if I was using the flag mount system.I have the 60mm option as I wanted a low profile small light-weight mounting option for my needs. If you wish there is a 200mm option that gives slightly more elevation. This would have been the tallest point on the RV and I was not interested in that personally.Although well made, the adjustment teeth do not correctly line up horizontally or vertically; however, once I attached them to my ladder rail, which has a slight slope, it had the dishy mount perfectly level on my RV.** For me personally, I do not plan on driving down the road with Dishy in the mount, although you probably could. 1st reason is still height. This would put Dishy a foot or more higher than the tallest point on the RV. 2nd, although the rail mount seems like it could handle the stress of RV highway speeds, I am uncomfortable putting that extra stress on the ladder and roof mounts.
