Works great I like that it has holes in the bottom to help the water flow but coffee seems to taste just a little bit better and two types to dump it out then let it sit, when it's dried out out it's real easy to clean

I really like this reusable coffee filter. It is easy to clean, dishwasher safe and has very small filter holes. This filter does not affect the water flow or brew speed. The filter basket is well made. I am very pleased with this basket and has a great price point.

Love this product!! I've been looking for a good reusable coffee filter and for $13 it's already paid for itself in savings, plus I no longer get coffee grounds in my coffee pot. Definitely recommend.

I bought the stainless steel filter to replace the old paper filters that I’ve been using for years in the hopes that I didn’t have to keep buying filters and then throwing them away, and the last filters in the filter package always got flattened and the filters didn’t work well towards the end of the pack, so this seemed like a good option. This is a well-made product and it does function as advertised, but the problem with it is when you have to throw away the coffee grounds and have to actually clean the filter. To clean the filter I would take the steel cup and hold it upside down over our recycle bin and just bang it to get out most of the coffee grounds out, but the problem is there’s still a substantial amount of coffee grounds attached to the filter, which I don’t want to rinse and put down the drain of our house and then have those grounds build up overtime and cause problems with drainage.I went and got a small bucket out of the garage and put water in it and then I would go and actually pre-rinse the filter in this bucket and capture the grounds in the bucket before I would then wash it in the sink, and then about once a week, I would just dump the coffee grounds out in the yard. This was a pain and I did this for a few months before switching back to the paper filters. It’s so much easier to throw away the grounds with the paper filter again, I can’t believe I stayed with that stainless steel cup for so long. When I get to the end of the paper filter pack when the filters are flattened out and haven’t held their shape, I’ll just throw those away and go get a new pack, it’s worth the expense to not have to deal with cleaning that stainless steel cup again.

I really like this coffee filter and it's washable. I didn't think the water was going to flow very well through it when I first got it but was happily surprised. I'm so glad I bought this. The coffee is great.

The micro screen design is complete. The walls and the bottom of the filter are made up of a very fine, thin stainless steel micro screen and it brews tea quite well. Cleans up easily. No leaking, no mess. Fits my Mr Coffee brewer 12 cup machine perfect. I should get thousands of uses from this filter. Great price.

It's a great filter, 5 stars, excellent in every way. But think of it as a Size 2 filter even though it's designed to fit a Size 4 basket. It's slim and fits a Size 4 basket perfectly but a steel filter doesn't conform to the sides of the basket like a flexible paper filter does. Being steel, it maintains its shape and size and if you put more than about 60grams of grounds in it, the grounds will swell and overflow the top of the filter making a mess. Whereas my Technivorum MoccaMaster and Motif drip machines can easily manage 90g of grounds in the basket, with this steel filter, I used 60g, it could probably push to 70g but haven't tried.Great taste, and the smooth micro-pore surface is easy to clean compared to rough-surface wire-weave filters. Seems durable, not easy to dent. The shiny surface has a myriad of tiny holes. The bottom of the filter has no holes but does not seem to collect and trap any coffee--when I've tested this all the coffee has drained out of the basket effectively. The top ring is stiff and sturdy and the little ring handle fits perfectly and stay out of the way.Purchased this just to have a spare for when I run out of paper filters, but I've been using it daily for my usual 20oz./.6 liter. Not having to pre-wet/soak a paper filter saves me a step and speed up my morning routine. This is sturdy enough it will be my standard for camping coffee as well. The plastic mold it comes in is a good protective case for tossing into the camp kitchen box.
