A great inside tool for exercise that doesn't damage joints. I especially like that the tensions are adjustable.

This is our second Stamina recumbent bike for our family. The bike is very reasonable for the price. We like the large comfortable padded seat and backrest, which added to the comfort of upper and lower body spinning exercises. The operation is quiet. The compact machine is easy to assemble with clear directions. This latest model has a larger monitor with a shelf to hold a tablet or cell phone.Areas to make the next version the best exercise machine are to add the parts id numbers to the well laid out package - to match the numbers in the directions. Also the directions should have an illustration of how the wires in the monitor should connect to the wires in the machine frame. Finally, would love the option to fold the monitor flat when not in use.

My husband and I are very impressed with this bike. It is compact, which is perfect for in front of the TV, but it is well made and feels solid for both of us (my husband is 185 lbs). Love the upper body workout, too. It is quiet and smooth, and all of the adjustments work well. The assembly manual was a challenge to follow, but a search on youtube found a very helpful 4 minute assembly video which made things so easy.

Searched for months for a reasonably priced exercise bike that had the hand pedals for shoulder physical therapy. I thought this was too good to be true but it’s real, super easy to assemble and works like a charm. Highly recommend this bike for not only exercise but any kind of upper body physical therapy. Very sturdy and comfortable.

I have been wanting a fitness bike for a while now, and after looking at a lot of bikes, I decided on the Stamina as it had lots of good reviews. It also looked like the right size for my tiny apartment and could be easily moved if need by. My niece put it together for me in no time and it wasn't as hard as I thought. It had one tiny piece that was broken (see photo) and Stamina is sending me another part. They responded right away. I am loving the bike so far and having the arm option to use as well is a plus.

Still waiting for two small parts from the manufacturer so it can be fully used. One was missing and one was broken. Otherwise, a good exercise bike for easy home use, especially for older people or those with manoeuvrability issues.

My Granddaughter was able to assemble this by herself in approximately 1 hour. Set it up and was immediately able to use it. We've had various machines including upright exercise bike, treadmill and rowing machine but this is the item that is used most. Easy to get on and off. Takes up little room so we can set it up in the living room and peddle away while we watch our favorite program and then folds easily so it can be moved to the corner in our guest room where it takes up very little room. Best decision for exercise option for all ages.

Love the easy assembly, light-weight frame, and compact design! It barely takes any room in my livingroom and I put it together with ease by myself. It's super quiet, simple to adjust to your personal settings, and easy to navigate the menu.Being in a higher, semi-standing position is better for my back than lower recumbent bikes or higher, standard bikes.A piece of the frame that connects to the front feet did bend a little during assembly, but has not effected functionality. The max weight capacity is suggested at 250lbs but I am upwards of 300lbs. It seems to be handling my weight just fine but I wouldn't go super wild on it either, haha. It feels a little small under me and I get nervous I might break it but I think for liability reasons weight capacities are set conservatively and so far it's doing really well. I Love it!!!I do wish the seat cushion didn't stick quite as far forward, it rubs against the backs of my thighs after a while, and does this to my wife too. But putting a thick pillow behind my back makes it comfortable enough! I love the full-body workout from using both arms and legs, and have noticed a difference in my physique just after using it for 30min a day for 4 days. I already feel better and am experiencing less muscle stiffness. It is important for me to lose weight as I have degenerative disc disease and need to make sure if I have to have emergency spinal reinforcement surgery down the road that I *will* recover from it. As I am now, I make a poor candidate for surgery but my back has been getting worse because I haven't lost enough weight just walking around and stretching. Especially now with covid-19 quarentine. This thing might just save my back, my health, my life! :)I'll write another review in a year to see how I'm doing with it haha. Thanks, stamina recumbent!-Lou

Nice piece of equipment for a decent work out, with adjustable tension. Doesn’t take up as much room as a big machine and foldable with rollers on one side for moving it around. The rower is also adjustable to move it closer to you. The seat is adjustable for longer leg people. I’m 5’4” and the lowest is for me. The hand tension makes kind of a rubbing sound at first. We called the company and asked about that, and they said turn the tension up all the way and leave it for a few days. It will help stretch the band for less of a rubbing sound. It did help, but didn’t take the sound away. The only concern I have is that when you are rowing the long bar that holds the rower, that is connected to the base of the machine, is not sturdy enough to keep it still without it squeaking/rubbing. I feel like it should have a rubber grip in it to absorb the movement. Especially the more tension you turn the more you are able to move that bar that squeaks at the base. I bought the machine for a arm and leg workout that was quiet. The only part quiet is the foot pedals. So I typically use the foot part most. Disappointed it wasn’t better. Design needs improvement!

Bought this for my wife who suffered a leg injury that required surgery to both the fracture and her knee, which has resulted in some loss of strength and range of motion. We are a couple in our early 60's but otherwise in good health and not much overweight. This bike is proving to be perfect for her situation as it is easily adjustable to allow full extension of her leg. Since it is recumbent, she can exercise longer by not having to bear full weight on her knee. The arm exerciser significantly adds to the intensity of the workout, but doesn't have to be used like with an elliptical, giving you more options. There is plenty of room to increase resistance as our abilities improve. I would say the quality of the bike is good and fair to the price. It was easy enough to assemble, taking me about 90 minutes. The monitor may be of lesser quality and a little tricky to learn to use, but gives enough information. I may not recommend this bike for someone who is already used to exercising at a high level, but for people of lower or moderate ability, it is more than adequate.
