There's not a lot to review here. It's a tripod that integrates easily into your existing Starlink Gen 3. I keep it in the back of my truck for when I'm off in the middle of nowhere and need quick connectivity. It's fast to setup and feels sturdy.

The tripod is exceptionally well-built and very sturdy. I appreciate that it extends to approximately 4.5 feet, allowing it to clear obstacles and folds down to a compact size for easy transport. It includes a durable carrying case that conveniently stores all necessary components for deployment, keeping everything together. It securely holds the Starlink Gen 3 dish and can withstand typical daily weather conditions and light winds. However, there are two things to note. First, opening the tripod for the first time was extremely difficult—I had to grip two legs with my hands while stabilizing the third with my knee. Initially, I feared it might break due to the creaking and cracking sounds, but it eventually opened without damage. Fortunately, after the first use, it loosened up and became easier to operate.Second, the dish mounting bracket utilizes a standard pole mounting system secured by six set screws, which require an Allen wrench for attachment and removal. A tool-free option would have been a more convenient design choice.

I really like this tripod because it’s exceptionally sturdy and well built. It has a very wide broad base and is easy to operate, with the exception of initially opening it and extending the legs. It took quite a bit of force to get the three legs to fully open, even with the tightening screw fully open. The pipes are not small and do not bend. I would trust my satellite dish, and any other media equipment that I chose to use this for. It’s pretty lightweight too, easy to carry with its own carrying case.. I really like this and highly recommend it.
