Missing parts and floor cleaner not the one pictured in the listing with the clamps.missing 2 Stainless Steel Brush, missing 2 nylon brush, missing the Ironing Brush, I did not get the floor brush with the clamps on top to hold the cloth in place. It is shown in your Amazon listing.the carpet glide keeps falling off. Seller offered to send missing brushes but it would have taken months to receive them. Very disappointed would not buy again. Returned the unit.

I tried the steamer to see if it’s the right one for me. It did not have the carpet slider I was looking for. I used my own towel to clean the floor just I case I could return it without using its own pads, and floor was too wet. Even the low setting. I have had steamers before and mine would not wet the floor with towel over the floor brush at all. Another thing the handle has rigid which irritated my palm after 20 minutes of back and forth . Of course came with latex gloves but I did not wanted to use them unless I was sure to keep the steamer. So it was not for me but the seller right away accepted the return.

This will be a game changer! The surfaces that usually take forever to clean will get the steam treatment that will crush the dirts, etc

I bought this to clean my sofa. I split some soda on my sofa. Although I wiped it, it was still sticky. Then I bought the steamer to help with it. The steamer is very powerful and did a very good job! My sofa is clean noe!
