Initially purchased this product for myself. Easy to use no strain on the back. My grandmother uses it to get a little exercise in abd the simplicity of it is great and easy for her to use.

Product and box severely damaged. When opening to inspect it further, the metal ends were so bent up you couldnโt put the red stoppers on them.Absolute joke to even think this was acceptable to send out

The stepper is an ok product. Not the best, but for the price it is what you'd expect. After about two weeks of daily use I had to grease the hinges because it made an AWFUL squeaking noise every step. The handles it comes with are too long to use comfortably, but that may be due to my height (5'3). If you even slightly touch the step counter device/screen, the whole contraption actually falls out of place. So far I've been able to just pop it back in and it still works, but it exposes the wires and I don't like how easy it happens, or how often. Personally, I'd probably buy a different product and not this one again.

This is sturdy, and while I'm not exactly running marathons on this little guy, it definitely keeps on going. It tracks the steps well, it glides smoothly, and I love that it stores away under my living room chair so easily.

There are no instructions on how to put the part on that will make it actually be functional. It said it comes 100% pre assembled except for the bands. Which is true about the bands which are easy to put on but the rest I have no idea. The instructions only state how to put on ropes/bands and wheel to tighten/untighten. Reviews & descriptions saw say it was ready to use out of box. I was ready too use right away but canโt now. update:Customer service reached out to me promptly and handed the issue. They were very kind. And made sure to give best solution.Okay so I had it out away for a few weeks. But now upon using it again, I have noticed a burn smell like burning rubber a few minutes into using it. Is that unsafe or normal?

Just got and works great but after using for a minute it starts to smell like something is burning or smoke? Anyone else have this issue?
