I tried the red heavy ball and it worked well. Tough to stickhandle but rolled well and responded well to the blade.Good workout and the puck seemed light afterwards. Is it a cure for stone hands? No, but it might make them a little quicker.Good day.

I use this to drill down coordination. It feels pretty sturdy though you can see where the item had to be closed up to put the heavy material inside which may be a weak point but for now feels fine. The ball itself is shaped perfectly and is about the right size. I would say its not soft and sturdy enough so works well as a training puck. I also use it as a catch tool to workout my rotator cuff so it doubles as that as well! Very nifty and i love it.

……if you order the lighter weights, the size given in the add is 1.6 ounce ball. That is about the size of a ping-pong ball. Not too useful for little kids

This is a great hockey ball for practice and for playing. I got the puck weight ball so I can work on my drills and I am very happy with it. It is very close to the feel of a puck in terms of weight (I did not weigh it). It is definitely durable and will stand up to quite some use. Overall a good value for the money.

I wasn't sure how heavy 11 oz would be, but it is very heavy. There are BBs inside so it has some reactivity to it, you have to really put some pressure behind it to move it, and it has some inertia resisting you. I really like how it moves and it is good for training.
