I didn’t expect much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. I use them for carving detail into soapstone, and they’re surprisingly durable. I haven’t had to sharpen them yet, and I don’t think I’ll have to sharpen them anytime soon. It’s a good little product for the price. I recommend them to anyone who wants to learn to carve soft stone. I don’t know how they are on limestone or harder stones, but they were extremely well on soapstone.

They are smaller than I expected but they do work but I've already had to sharpen them in the first time I used them not the hard metal I expected for stone carving

I had low expectations given the price of these "chisels" but WOW! What useless crap! Seriously, I had to wait for my block of SOFT white marble so, my review is long past the return date (for $14 I likely wouldn't have bothered anyway). I struck the chisel ONCE with my maul hoping to see the effect on the marble...barely a scratch AND the chisel's edge was folded over! Pretty sad. Perhaps I can use them on SOFT wood..perhaps but I'm not getting my hopes up. My friends if you hope to carve STONE do NOT put your faith in these chisels! Such a disappointment. Kang Teer you should feel SHAME about this useless product. Shame.

Like the assortment however for my needs I really only use 2 of the whole set. They have held up to my use so I am happy with them

Have used a few times now. Some are great but some appear to be hardened incorrectly and tips broke on first use..But i continue to use those that didnt break and they work very well.

Very soft metal - ok for soapstone and resins, will round out on harder rock. Easy to sharpen because it is dead soft. They look nice and have a cool carrying bag - pretty much a cheap chinese knockoff of real chisels.
