This is a great size for a teen or smaller woman, and you can adjust the difficulty level as well.

I have to say I chose it for the color green as it is my great grandson's favorite color. I gave him this and a black adult hand exerciser as a Christmas gift. He will now be able to do his hand exercises together with his papa. They do everything together so hoping this will help both of them by increasing their grip. The little green one I tried myself using my pinky to try to squeeze and it worked well so even though he is young he will be able to start his hand exercises.

I like the color and it seems to work well. Don’t know how long it will last but it is easy to grip and seems to perform as advertised. Will keep using it. Hope it lasts long.
