I gave the company an awful review because the items in were not delivered, I got email saying they were and I thought they weren't coming. However everything showed a day or two later, and all items are excellent. It was the delivery people that messed up....not the company.

Klare Kaufempfehlung.

This works excellent, but I think it is on the pricy side. Because of the sharpness of the edges it generates a shower of sparks. I also like the bayite strikers. I have not tried the less expensive ferro rod scrappers.

I had enough of buying ferro rods that come with crappy strikers. This will throw good sparks and it is good to have a spare. Happy with purchase!

Nice and thin. Works very well. I got the smaller size scrapers and they work very well. They are more useful than the scrapers i already have as it is easier to prepare your tinder with these than even using a knife. They also get a nice strong spark from the ferro rod when lighting your tinder.

Truth be told, the vast majority of Ferrocerium rods are more or less the same. The object used to scrape the ferro rod has the greatest impact on performance. These scrapers are top tier. They are comfortable to hold, hard, and sharp. They will improve the performance of any ferro rod you use them with.

These strikers are great. They have a nice sharp edge, a serrated end and are easy to carry. They really throw sparks. Nice compact and lightweight design for easy carry or in survival kit.

I used this on Bayite, Light My Fire, and some ultra cheap Amazon rods. The LMF rods are superior and comes with a striker. However, these strikers made Bayite and the super cheap rods produce a spark without issue. It's worth the minor weight penalty to carry. For me, It works better than knife spines and cut-down saw blades. For younger or more novice users it is easier to get a spark.

I have used several strikers from different makers, and these are really well made The scraper side is really aggressive, and you can get some good starter shavings going. I purchased the longer model two pack, and these generate a ton of sparks .Even with my cheaper made rods ,these create alot of heat .It does not take alot of strikes with these strikers, and that will make your steel last longer.5 stars for ease of use, compact ,and price .I would recommend this product.
