Amazing product! Works as described. Used minimal amount in hot water waited 15 minutes and the old wax and grime came right off! No scrubbing needed!!! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures! This stuff is great!

I have terracotta floors. Was not going to pay thousands to have someone else clean/strip my floors. I was determined to detail corners, clean grout, etc. I used many products: Klean Strip, ZEP, etc. MANY. Nothing would get through the sealer. I was determined to do the cleaning by hand even though my entire house is terracotta. (the buffer is awesome if you use double pads to prevent wearing the top color off, leaving small white spots. As your terracotta gets older, probably better NOT to use the buffer. I kept watching a popular California guy on YouTube doing floors with his 'secret sauce' (they just don't sell anything strong enough in the stores due to environmental issues I THINK). I kept trying new products. Finally found this one - Stoneworks Zoom. I used it full strength, mixed it with ZEP and low and behold, I finally have a product that cuts through. I used a scrub brush (stiff - not metal), and a grout brass brush. I would dip my brush into clean water, and scrub the product on the floor - left it about 15 minutes, and I am happy to say it works (and yes, it is a LOT of work). You can only do so much at a time. Now, my dilemma is do I keep renting a buffer, or do I buy one (the reviews say the home buffers don't last long and I don't want to own an industrial strength one.) These floors are a LOT of work. Love/hate relationship with mine - they are a gorgeous, warm color, but sooooo much work. Good luck.
