I ordered this to attach my phone to my incredibly thick, square treadmill handles, where nothing else seemed to work. I simply wrapped it around the arm, and was able to bend it to the angle I needed.I have an iPhone 12, and it holds it perfectly, most importantly without obstructing any of the controls for the phone.You could also use this as a selfie stick, or to hold your phone up on your desk, if you needed.
