About this item

  • Wide Enough: The slant board is 19.6 inches wide, which is wider than most people's shoulders, allowing you to stand with your legs shoulder-width apart without having to restrain your legs, improving your stability and safety when training.
  • Multiple Non-Slip: The surface is covered with an extra-large non-slip surface to prevent your feet from slipping off when standing. The base is covered with anti-slip strips to prevent the incline board from sliding on smooth floors while avoiding scratching the floor.
  • 1000 Lbs Load Capacity: Made of hardwood plywood, the slant board has high hardness and compression resistance. With the stable structure of three support points, the incline board has the capacity to hold 1000 pounds.
  • Improves Knee Health: This incline board is primarily intended for those who need to work their knees and legs, and is ideal for knee over toe exercises, using it for squats, split squats, and other exercises.
  • Sports & Rehabilitation: this squat incline board is suitable for sports/sports children, professional athletes, ordinary people and the elderly. It helps strengthen the knee and leg in order to prevent injurie, or to speed up recovery after surgery.

Product Description

squat board

Whether it is exercise training or weightlifting squat, the inclined board is essential to improving posture, dispersing the local pressure on the knees, and preventing injury due to training.

Compared with the ordinary split slant board, our wooden extra-wide slant board keeps your body at the same level when you squat, preventing injury to one side of your body due to imbalance, as well as achieving consistent training levels throughout your body.

In addition, our wooden inclined board is made of 2 cm thick eucalyptus hardwood plywood, with a load capacity of 1000 pounds. You can safely step on it and practice weights. High quality materials and craftsmanship ensure no damage after 10 years of use.

This tool can be used as a calf incline even when weight training isn't required, so it can be used for pre- or post-exercise stretching, as well as to treat and prevent plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon injuries, shin splints, and other ankle injuries.

What are the Benefits of a Slant Board?

Any health-conscious person will be quick to learn the advantages of this simple yet powerful device. You know why? A slant board is useful for not leg-related pains and injuries, but also for proper blood circulation and the relief of back pain. Here are the benefits of using a slant board.

  1. The calf plays a great role in our daily activities and movement such as running, walking, jumping and standing. Hence, you need a slant board to help you stretch them and make them flexible.
  2. It helps to prevent inflammation which often comes with pain.
  3. Using a slant board allows you to protect the Achilles tendon which is the strongest tendon in the body.
  4. It's also useful for relieving the stress around muscles which tend to ache after exercise.
  5. Preventive medicine also values slant boards to ensure that possible leg injuries are avoided.
  6. A slant board helps in the circulation of blood to the leg to prevent swellings.

Would have gotten 4 stars if it hadn’t tipped over a little the first time I stepped on it. Be sure to stay safely back from the top edge. Otherwise, fantastic product and does exactly what I needed.

Very sturdy, can support 200lbs of my body with 245lbs on it without so much as a creak. Tacky enough that I can squat in socks which is my preferred method.

I do a lot of at-home workouts (primarily using loop resistance bands). This slant board gets me in the correct position for body-weight squats. I added large eye hooks to the side where I can attach light resistance bands to make the squats more challenging. Add one to your at-home gym.

UPDATE: I saw the 17 degree board and ordered that as well so that I can have a permanent slant board back in my family room (my 25 degree board has been the one I've been using every week for working out - 2 years now!). The quality is fantastic! The board is 4 inches tall and 19.5 x 13 inches. Super supportive and honestly I think I'll swap to the 17 degree one for working out on; it's much easier to do calf raises on because of the angle being less and it's enough heel elevation to get a good stretch into the knees. The 25 degree board is better for getting that stretch into the calf and ankles and the 6 inches is much better to do stretching to the floor for the hamstrings though I suspect the 17 degree board would be perfect for starting on. Highly recommend these!!!I've been doing KOT (knees over toes) training for about 6 months now and since mobility is a huge part of it, having this slant board for not only stretches but both ATG squats and VMO squats has been an essential part of my training. The board height is perfect for everything that I need and the board length is also perfect whether you want your entire foot on the board (I'm a size 12 shoe) or just your heels.I keep the board behind a chair in my family room and what I didn't expect was that everyone in the family would enjoy stretching the back of their knees and calves so much! Every member of my family gets on the board pretty much daily and even multiple times a day.The board is so sturdy, I have zero concern about it collapsing or crushing; super comfortable with or without shoes on and the non slip surface is just absolutely perfect for all sorts of exercises. While it is sturdy it doesn't weight a ton or anything... I highly recommend this slant board!
