Slotted strut channel joiner bracket for connecting two pieces of u-channel.

This piece is mainly good for butting two strut channels together and keeping them well aligned. It doesn't have nearly enough length to provide structural support - this seems to be for preserving track alignment. There are a total of 8 screws included. It's not too clear if they're meant to be used on the slotted side because there isn't anything there for the screws to force into. Overall, this seems to be a bit of a niche strut item that is okay if it's what you need. It won't make a design any more versatile than just welding a butt joint.

This is a fine product for joining strut channel. The product I received looks exactly like the picture. I was still surprised (and you can see this in the picture), that there are only bolts on the top and one side, not the other. Maybe you only need to tighten it on one side.I tried this out on some of my strut channel, no issues with the fit. It's quite snug and should hold up to the job. I wouldn't count on this being able to support weight, you will want to make sure your channel is supported on both sides of this. I believe these are only meant to keep the two pieces of channel together. It's a good product.

I had multiple links of channel I needed to connect end to end. I contemplated welding them together but this strut channel bracket was a much more convenient solution. Much faster then trying to weld everything straight. The bracket is very heavy gage steel and includes screws to tighten it up.

This piece is an excellent option if you need to attach two separate strut channels together. It's solidly made and absolutely built to last -- it's even heavier than the strut channels I'm using it to connect.Keep in mind this connector is *not* meant to be load bearing, even though it seems a few reviewers thought it should be. You should rely on rated mounts or bolts to secure your strut channels -- this is intended to align two separate channels and not to take the place of a proper, rated mount or bolt.Keep that in mind and you'll be very satisfied with this product.

Currently installing a sliding exterior door around a carport area and this does the trick. I found out I needed a longer bracket, so this is perfect for making sure both ends are supported equally.Comes with 8 screws and 14 holes used for tightening after mounting - for me that provides extra piece of mind that it wont slip off causing an accident or damage.All materials are machined well and there arent any sharp edges. Industrial grade design.Recommend!

This product is the real deal. Perfect fit. Length provides support to both rails and is easily adjustable for minor changes or needing to access the rail to add a roller etc. would definitely buy again. 4 stars since the price is high. It takes a game changer to receive a 5 from me .
