Using this as a cut-to-fit liner for a metal set of rack-type shelves that I wanted to store fine glasses on, and it's working perfectly. The material is soft, dense, and thick enough that my glasses are protected from the metal of the shelves. This suede and foam material is also very easy to cut to the exact fit that I need, and it was easy to make precise, fine cuts that butted up against each other without accidentally cutting an area I didn't mean to. The black suede looks expensive, and I'm very happy with how this looks --- no one would know that it's not intended as a high-end shelf liner.

4 stars only because it doesn't really meet the "suede" description. It doesn't look or feel like actual suede. HOWEVER, it is really soft, easy to work with, and the backing is plenty thick enough to smooth out any imperfections. It's a great headliner material.

I would consider this a very fine "suede" like material. I was expecting something more suede like with a bit of a higher pile. I was initially disappointed but after pulling it out and looking at it closer I very much like the fabric and pile. It reminds me of a finishing fabric we used to use in events and it would always have a nice look once installed and the light hit it.The stretch is minimal so it may be tough to install if there are lots of dips and changes in the headliner structure. The foam seems of good quality as well. The headliner arrives folded and for me it was double bagged. I found no off gassing from the fabric.I plan to install this in one of my vehicles when the weather improves and is a bit warmer so I'll need to update my review but so far I am very happy with the fabric for the price.

I was hoping it would be a little heavier material and thicker foam backing, but for the price it’s a decent deal. If your wanting something more high end this may not be what you want but for factory replacement or the like it works in good, lays flat and looks nice.

I have done so many headliners for customers that picking this up was a no-brainer! The quality is not super top of the line but this is a great alternative replacement that is an upgrade to almost any vehicle. It did come wrapped and folded and there were a few creases. The company does mention how to get it out but sometimes a steamer will work much better than an iron and towel. It has great foam backing on it to apply to your headliner and is very good quality! This would fit most standard sedans as well as some trucks.

Made to be headliner material, but I can foresee other uses for it too. It's very cushy and of good quality. The amount I received was as advertised. Good way to replace an old sagging headliner, or even cover other things. A good spray on adhesive should be more than sufficient to install this in most cases.
