These are used in a circuit board manufacturing facility to dispense solder paste and or heat activated epoxy onto PCBs. Ample assortment and various sizes.

Apparently the reason for the low price is because the needle sizes and colors are a bit random. They only loosely match a color chart. You will need to use calipers if you need an exact size that isn't apparent to the eye. Other than that, they seem well made enough for general use.
