Nice quality Supco DFSteamer but can’t attach any of the accessory fittings.Anyone know why I can’t twist a fitting to lock it?

I bought this hoping it would thaw out my Samsung ice maker jam. It did exactly that! This steamer took out a 3 year chunk of ice and now the ice maker works again.

We had issues with our Samsung fridge ice maker since our purchase in 2018. It would freeze, not make ice, and constantly drip water everywhere. We had purchased a new ice maker and but had the same issues. We recently purchased this steamer, used it to defrost the back area of the ice maker, and WE NOW HAVE ICE with no drips or excess water! We love it and now love our fridge again!

Ordered and can't return. Got out to use for first time and the place where you attach the hose is broken. Unusable.

Was definitely skeptical, but hate sitting in front of our Samsung refrigerator with a hair dryer trying to defrost (ps-don’t ever but a Samsung fridge) and was willing to try anything. This saved about 50% of time. Recommend.
