Utilizing a 15% bigger rack gear and a wear-resistant Teflon bushing, RackBoss showed no sign or wear or fatigue after 50,000 strokes compared to competition showing obvious wear at 30,000 strokes.

To ensure an exceptional product, we've increased the size of our tie rod ends, added misalignment bushings, and finished it with the optimal blend of materials and heat treating. Our high strength 4130 Chromoly end is oversized allowing for an increased bearing surface area, leaving you with all-out strength, durability and reliability.
We have constructed the ultimate heim style heavy duty tie rod end that is made of 4130 Chromoly. They have 14mm threads vs the stock 12mm to outlast and outperform
Our Rack and Pinion has a 65% larger housing for ultimate strength and longevity, along with a 15% bigger gear rack because bigger is always better!
We have added a misalignment bushing into the ends so that they can take on more severe angles without putting stress on the joints.

looks the same. however. splines different. angle different. included arms are way too long. if that wasnt enough, it was missing 1 bolt and didnt include boots for the rod ends... even if it did work. waste of a day

I have to admit I have not driven my maverick since installation I did my self. Pretty easy install. Everything feel heavier than stock, obviously visually heavier rack box tie rods and ends. As of now I’m as happy as I can be with this rack boss from super ATVs and it’s 75 bucks cheaper than a can am replacement. It says heavy duty and it’s no doubt it is.
